1. Using Real Boba
Real Boba provides recipes, timers, technique guidance, and personal brewing records for home use. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
2. Cooking guidance
Recipes and brewing suggestions are educational guidance, not medical, nutritional, or professional food-safety advice. Use safe ingredients, equipment, temperatures, and handling practices, and account for your own allergies and dietary needs.
3. App access and purchases
Some features require a subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing, renewals, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of notes, ratings, and photos you create. You are responsible for the content you save and for keeping your Apple Account and device secure.
5. Intellectual property
Real Boba, its design, recipes, instructional content, and software are owned by Real Boba or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, resell, or redistribute its content.
6. Availability
We work to keep Real Boba useful and available, but features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
